We recommend washing in cold water, inside out, and air drying to maintain print quality and garment longevity.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Orders & Exchanges

What if my order doesn't fit?

If your item doesn't fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery for exchange options. Items must be unworn with original tags attached.

Can I change my size after ordering?

Size changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order, as items are custom-made.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the custom nature of our items, we accept exchanges for size issues only. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

Shipping & Tracking

How long will shipping take?

US orders: 3-5 business days (First Class) or 2-3 business days (Priority)
International: 1-3 weeks (Canada/Australia) or 3-6 weeks (other countries)

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

My tracking shows delivered but I haven't received my package?

Please allow 3 days as carriers sometimes send premature notices. After that, contact your local postal carrier and email us with any case numbers.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement due to our custom production process.

Can I change my shipping address?

Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of ordering. After production begins, we cannot modify shipping details.
